Football Match Scores Big on Drug Awareness In Kano State

The friendly match between Kano State Command (Marwa Boys) and Kano Pillars Feeder Team at Kawo Primary School pitch successfully combined sports and drug awareness which drew over 650 attendees, including local authorities, media, and sports organizations.

The event, initiated and organized by the new OC Sports NDLEA Kano State Command, Uba Jamilu Mohammed DSN, demonstrates the Command’s commitment under the new OC to using sports as a tool to combat drug abuse among youths.

Distinguished guests included Maigarin Kawo Alh. Kabiru, Dan Lawan Tofa Alh. Yusuf Isiyaku Umar Tofa.

CSN Zubair Ibrahim, delivered a lecture on drug abuse’s impact on athletes.
