Nasarawa State Governor, H.E Engr. Abdullahi Sule has thrown his weight behind his local government, Akwanga at the forthcoming Governor’s Cup.
A.A Sule made this statement ”Akwanga will win the Governor’s Cup”, when he received in the audience the leadership of Nasarawa State Football Association under the guide of Salisu Usman Galadima at the state house in Lafia.
The visit is for the Executive Governor to officially unveil the jerseys and trophies for the 2024 edition of the Nasarawa State Governor’s Cup.
With all set and done, thirteen local government areas will partake in this year’s edition and they are Lafia, Awe, Obi, Keana, Kokona, Doma, Akwanga, Wamba, Keffi, Karu, Nasarawa, Toto and Nasarawa Eggon.
